WESTMINSTER : District to Honor Exemplary Students
The Westminster School District will honor about 400 exemplary students at ceremonies starting tonight.
The award ceremonies will recognize students who persevere in school and maintain a positive attitude, although not necessarily those with straight A’s, spokeswoman Audrey Brown said.
The ceremonies will be at 7 p.m. at Dr. Russell I. Johnson Middle School, 13603 Edwards St. Students also will be honored Tuesday night at 7 at Helen Stacey Intermediate School, 6311 Larchwood Drive, Huntington Beach, and Wednesday night at 7 at Willis Warner Middle School, 14171 Newland St., Westminster.
