Regional Playoffs

City Section finalists Crenshaw--boys and girls teams--and Washington’s girls basketball team all qualified for the Southern California Regional playoffs, which begin Tuesday.
The regionals continue Thursday and conclude with title games Saturday at The Pond in Anaheim, leading to the State Division I championships March 18 in Oakland.
On Saturday, Crenshaw played Fairfax for the City Section 4-A boys’ championship, and the Crenshaw girls played Washington for the 4-A title. See Sports, Section C.
