Regency Health Services Inc.: The company said Thursday it is continuing negotiations for a business combination with a company it would not identify.
Regency, a Tustin-based operator of health-care facilities, merged with Care Enterprises in April. The company provides rehabilitation therapies, Alzheimer’s care, skilled nursing and several other types of specialized care.
Regency would not say when it expects to reach an agreement in the current negotiations.
