West Coast Bancorp: The bank holding company said Monday it has completed the sale of subsidiary Sacramento First National Bank.
Business & Professional Bank in Woodland paid West Coast $3.6 million in cash and about 243,500 shares of common stock for the Sacramento bank.
West Coast, based in Newport Beach, now owns only one bank: Sunwest Bank of Tustin. The company said it sold the Sacramento operation to raise capital for Sunwest.
