Icelandair, which serves about 20 cities throughout Europe, is offering round-trip air fares to Luxembourg from JFK Airport in New York or Baltimore/Washington International Airport for $298 midweek and $348 on the weekends. (Several airlines are offering round-trip LAX-East Coast fares of about $300.) Tickets must be purchased by Feb. 11 and travel completed by March 31. There is a minimum-stay requirement of one Saturday night; maximum stay is 30 days. Tickets must be purchased within 48 hours of making reservations.
