FOLSOM--â€Sea of Stars . . . A Celestial Dream†is the theme of “A Rainbow of Quilts and Fibers X,†the 10th anniversary show of the Folsom Quilt and Fiber Guild, Feb. 4-5. DANA POINT--A sea of activities commemorates the migration of the California gray whale at the 24th annual Dana Point Festival of Whales, Feb. 11-March 5. KERNVILLE--The spirit of the 1860s gold rush days is alive at the Whiskey Flat Days celebration, Feb. 17-20.
