Hotel Renovation: Birtcher Construction Ltd., a Laguna Niguel commercial and residential builder, has received $4.6 million in contracts to renovate two of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ Southern California properties. The Dallas-based hotel chain recently purchased older properties in Culver City and Monrovia and is revamping them to reopen early next year as Wyndham Garden hotels.
