Pacific Gulf Properties Inc.: The company said Tuesday it has acquired Crescent Business Center, a business and industrial park in Rancho Cucamonga, from Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Co. for $5 million in cash and notes.
The Crescent Business Center complex, developed in 1981, includes nine industrial buildings on a site of about 19 acres. Pacific Gulf said the complex, which now has 24 business and industrial users, is 95% occupied.
Pacific Gulf, a real estate investment trust based in Newport Beach, owns and operates multifamily and industrial properties.
