The Wet Seal Inc.: The Irvine women’s apparel retailer reported profit of $216,000, or 2 cents a share, for its third fiscal quarter ended Oct. 29, contrasted to a net loss of $471,000, or 4 cents a share, for the fiscal 1993 third quarter. Sales declined to $35.4 million from $36.9 million. A loss of $1.7 million, or 14 cents a share, was posted for the first three quarters of the fiscal year, compared to a loss of $772,000, or 6 cents a share, for the comparable period last year. Sales fell to $96.6 million from $105.6 million.
