Cybernetics Chooses Boucher as President

Joseph Boucher has been appointed president of Santa Ana-based Cybernetics Products Inc.’s newly acquired Computer Services of America division. Before joining the company, he was senior technical business group site operations manager for Digital Equipment Corp.

Bob Vohs has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Cost Care Inc., a Newport Beach managed health-care company. He succeeds Virginia Cirica, who is retiring in December. Vohs was previously a health care consultant in Wichita, Kan., and also worked at Equicor and Cigna. Before entering the health-care field, he was a practicing attorney. In addition, Larry Goelman, chief executive of Cost Care, has been appointed chairman. He succeeds William E. Caulfield, who remains as chairman of the executive committee.
