CSUN Women Lose Exhibition

NORTHRIDGE — Cal State Northridge opened its women’s basketball season with an 83-53 exhibition loss to the Australian Institute of Sports Tuesday night at Matador Gymnasium.
Sarah Hangman paced Northridge with 10 points and Shannon Crouse added eight points.
All 13 players scored for the Matadors.
Kim Weilens scored 13 points for the Australians, a team of players 15- to 19-years-old.
