AmeriQuest to Buy Florida Computer Company

IRVINE — AmeriQuest Technologies Inc. said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire a Florida-based computer hardware distributor.
Under the terms of the agreement, Irvine-based AmeriQuest, which also distributes computer hardware, will buy National Computer Distributors of Miami for 1.86 million shares of newly issued AmeriQuest common stock and $3.5 million in cash.
The sale is expected to close by the end of October.
