LINCOLN HEIGHTS : Goodwill Special Sale to Be at 2 Locations

Goodwill Industries of Southern California has scheduled its annual Preferred Merchandise Sale next month to benefit people with physical, mental and social disadvantages.
Every year, donations including antiques, furs, china, collectibles, Oriental rugs, crystal, jewelry, paintings and designer clothing are held back from the 26 thrift stores throughout Los Angeles for the special sale, which will be Saturday and Oct. 2, 15 and 16.
The sale is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 2 at the main plant, 342 San Fernando Road.
It continues from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 15, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 16 at the Valley plant, 14565 Lanark, Panorama City.
