Nelson (276 Yards) Rips Canoga Park

CHATSWORTH — Running back Antwon Nelson rushed for 276 yards in 19 carries and scored three touchdowns to lead Chatsworth High to a 21-8 victory over Canoga Park in a nonleague game Friday night.
Nelson, a senior, scored on runs of 71, 65 and nine yards as Chatsworth (2-1) took a 21-0 lead before Canoga Park (0-3) scored in the fourth quarter. Nelson also had two touchdowns negated by penalties. Chatsworth was penalized 19 times for 190 yards.
Chatsworth quarterback Aaron Hummel completed 12 of 19 passes for 115 yards. Chatsworth amassed 428 yards.
