Intile Designs Inc.: A Houston tile maker said Wednesday that it has agreed to buy tile distributor International Tile & Supply Corp. in Los Angeles and that it plans to open as many as 50 new stores next year as part of a major expansion push.
Intile Designs Inc., which has a showroom in Anaheim among its dozen outlets, agreed to pay $1.25 million for International Tile, which is operating under U.S. Bankruptcy Court protection as it reorganizes its debts.
