Four-time Pro Bowl offensive lineman Bill Fralic is making his retirement official. Fralic, 31, sent retirement documents to the NFL office this month. Fralic, who spent eight of his nine pro years with the Atlanta Falcons, left for Detroit as an unrestricted free agent before the 1993 season. He was waived by the Lions, at his request, after the team asked him to take a salary cut. He got offers from several teams, but said he was certain about his decision to retire.
