Unemployment Data Due: August’s jobless figures for Orange County are expected to be released Friday by the State Employment Development Department in Sacramento. Accompanying the report will be a monthly tally of jobs at businesses within the county. The August unemployment figure is not expected to exceed the 6.6% rate reported for July. Local economists have said they expect county employers to add jobs during the second half of 1994 after several years of steady employment declines.
