World IN BRIEF : VIETNAM : U.S. Searchers Find Remains of Marine

U.S. search teams apparently have made a significant breakthrough in accounting for Americans missing in action from the Vietnam War, a U.S. official said. Remains were recovered of a U.S. Marine who died in captivity in Quang Ngai province, 325 miles northeast of Ho Chi Minh City.
