OUTLOOK
The Lancers, respectable last season despite being inexperienced, should continue to improve. Juliano, who is a threat to run or pass, is getting attention from recruiters at Army and Penn State. Pannell, the team’s best all-around player, will be his primary receiving target, and Holloway, a transfer from Tustin High, will get quite a few handoffs. The main question is whether the Lancers’ offensive line will be able to make up for its lack of size.
