LAGUNA BEACH : Fire Service Center to Offer Counseling

A counseling service center that started in response to the fires is offering special counseling for couples and senior citizens affected by the fires.
The two groups, which are scheduled to begin meeting in September, are offered free, as are other counseling sessions offered by Laguna Cares. The center at 352 3rd St. is funded by a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
