Good Weather on Horizon for Holiday

Labor Day Weekend in Orange County looks like “classic, Southern California weather, with no big storm systems,” according to meteorologist Dean Jones of WeatherData, which provides forecasts to The Times.
Coastal areas can expect partly cloudy skies overnight and in the early morning hours, turning to mostly sunny afternoons. Inland areas should be mostly sunny throughout the day, Jones said.
Temperatures are expected to warm by a degree each day through the weekend. At the coast, temperatures should be in the upper 60s and 70s. Inland highs are expected to be in the 80s. Early in the weekend, humidity could reach the upper 90s early in the day, Jones said, dropping into the 40s and 50s by the afternoon. There should be no winds to speak of, according to WeatherData, and no major weather systems to disrupt the sunshine.
