MARTYRS MUSEUM

Regarding Anne Bergman’s article “Creating a Synergy Along the Miracle Mile” (Aug. 14), she omitted a real gem, Martyrs Memorial and Museum of the Holocaust. It is located on the first and second floors of the Jewish Community Building at 6505 Wilshire Blvd.
The founders of the museum, most of whom are Holocaust survivors, established the museum with the mandate to commemorate, preserve and educated the public about the history of the Holocaust.
Admission is free and the museum is open Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and Sunday noon-5 p.m.
