Platinum Invests in Denver Firm

IRVINE — Platinum Software Corp. said Friday that it has made an equity investment in Denver-based Financial Reporting Technology Inc. Financial terms of the agreement were not revealed. Platinum and Financial Reporting Technology each will have rights to distribute DOS and Windows versions of FRx, a software program that generates sophisticated financial reports.
