Prosecutor to Be Nominee for Rail Retirement Post

WASHINGTON — President Clinton intends to nominate Martin J. Dickman, a prosecutor for the Cook County state’s attorney in Chicago, as the Railroad Retirement Board’s inspector general, the White House announced Wednesday.
The board administers retirement benefits for 1 million former railroad workers.
