IRVINE : Kid Phone Accepting Board Applications

Irvine Kid Phone, a service for elementary and middle school children who may be home alone or just need to talk with someone, is looking for members for its Advisory Board.
The board meets quarterly to plan activities, assist in volunteer training and develop policies.
People who work or live in Irvine may call (714) 724-6636 for information. Applications must be submitted to the Community Services Department at City Hall by Aug. 14.
