Steady Growth Predicted for Air Travel: The International Civil Aviation Organization in Montreal said a recovery in world airline passenger traffic should continue through 1996. In an annual three-year forecast, ICAO--the United Nations’ watchdog on the airline industry--said total scheduled passenger traffic on the world’s airlines is expected to grow 5% this year. For 1995, the ICAO forecast 6.4% growth and for 1996, another 7.1%.
