Black Entrepreneurs Holding Conference

The Baldwin Hills-based Assn. of Black Women Entrepreneurs is holding a two-day conference from Friday and Saturday at the Airport Marina Hotel.
The conference is open to women and men and will include entrepreneurial workshops and discussions, business networking sessions and tips on formulating business plans and obtaining start-up capital.
Chuck Smith, vice president and regional manager at Pacific Bell, will host the keynote discussion, “Small Business and the Information Super Highway.”
The conference will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the hotel, 8601 Lincoln Blvd. Information: (213) 624-8639.
