North Hills Man Slain by Robbers

NORTH HILLS — A 33-year-old man was fatally stabbed during a robbery early Friday, Los Angeles police reported.
Ignacio Castellanos Sanchez of North Hills died from at least one stab wound, Officer Johnneen Butler said.
The attack occurred about 2:30 a.m. in the 8700 block of Columbus Avenue, when two men approached Sanchez and apparently robbed him before stabbing him, Butler said.
Witnesses told police the men ran south down Columbus Avenue after the attack. They have not been caught, Butler said.
