Twenty-one Orange County high school students will help produce and appear in “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” at Fullerton College next week. They are part of the college’s Standing Room Only troupe, a summer conservatory for high school students.
The Andrew Lloyd Webber/Tim Rice musical is a show-biz biblical tale of Joseph’s abandonment by his brothers and his subsequent servitude to the Pharaoh.
“Joseph” will run at 8 p.m. July 20 through 23 and at 2 p.m. July 24 at the campus theater, 321 E. Chapman Ave., Fullerton. Tickets are $8. Call (714) 871-8101.
Quite a Kick
Santa Ana High School senior Mark Fausto and eight other young athletes were given the chance to attend the Vince Ferragamo Football Camp at Chapman University in Orange, thanks to Planet Hollywood.
Planet Hollywood donated $10,000 to send the youths to the resident camp run by the former Ram quarterback.
