It’s hurricane season and travelers bound for hurricane country--the East and Gulf coasts and the Caribbean--can call a 900 number to get the latest storm advisories from the forecasters at the National Hurricane Center in Coral Gables, Fla. Calls cost 98 cents a minute and the average call runs about three minutes. Reports are available 24 hours a day. Hurricane season runs from June 1 to Nov. 31. The number is (900) 933-2628.
