That compared to a loss of $18,000 for fiscal 1992. During 1993, the company changed the ending date of its fiscal year. The loss for the 11-month period includes a one-time expense totaling $1.3 million related to the issuance of shares of common stock to the company’s key sales and marketing representatives. Sales increased to $22.4 million from $7.1 million. For the fourth quarter, the company recorded a profit of $155,000, contrasted with a loss of $124,000 for the same period a year earlier. Three-month sales were up 74% to $7.3 million from $4.2 million.
