9 Cubans Seek Asylum

HAVANA — Nine Cubans seeking asylum entered the Chilean Consulate on Wednesday, hoping for permission to leave Cuba, a Latin American diplomat said. It was the third time in three weeks that a group of Cubans seeking asylum has entered a diplomatic mission.
