Earl S. Washington has been appointed to the newly created position of vice president for advertising and public relations at Rockwell, the Seal Beach diversified high technology company. Washington, who joined Rockwell in 1969, had been vice president for business development. Before that, he was vice president for strategic management at Rockwell’s Defense Electronics business in Anaheim. Washington also served as vice president and general manager of Rockwell’s Autonetics Marine Systems division from 1988 to 1990.
