Real Estate Trust Has 1st-Quarter Profit
Nationwide Health Properties Inc., a Newport Beach real estate investment trust, reported a profit of $10.9 million, or 60 cents a share, for the first quarter of 1994, up 14% from $9.6 million, or 56 cents a share, for the like period a year ago. Revenues increased 14%, to $16.5 million from $14.4 million.
