Hernandez’s statement was stamped received on Monday, three days past the March 31 deadline. City Clerk Wilma Miller confirmed that the statement was filed late. She said that candidate Ed Guzman had still not submitted his statement by Monday.
The statements cover the period from Feb. 27 to March 26, and include the previous statement, from Jan. 1 to Feb. 26. The final statements, which cover from March 27 to June 30, are due July 31.
