Mexico Launches Wheat Dumping Probe: The Commerce Ministry ruling to begin the inquiry into U.S. and Canadian wheat exported to Mexico comes after the Mexican Agricultural Ministry presented documents considered to be evidence that wheat sold in Mexico has been unfairly subsidized. The U.S. companies accused of receiving subsidies are Farmland Industries Inc., Cargill Inc., Continental Grain Co., Archer Daniels Midland Co., Scoular Co., Bunge Corp., Louis Dreyfuss Corp., Bartlett Co., De Bruce Grain Inc. and Toepfer International.
