Companions Get Free Delta Rides: Passengers on Delta Air Lines between Dallas-Ft. Worth and two dozen cities throughout the United States now may take a companion along for free if they travel during off-peak periods, or for half-price during peak times, through May 31. The round-trip fares are between Dallas and Los Angeles; Orange County; Ontario; San Diego; Boston; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Kansas City; Nashville, Tenn.; Newark, N.J.; New York; Oakland; Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, Ore.; Raleigh-Durham, N.C.; Sacramento; San Francisco; San Jose; Seattle; Tucson, and Washington, D.C. The fares are non-refundable and require a three-day advance ticket purchase and a Saturday night stay.
