Kinnock to Lead British Panel at S. Africa Voting

LONDON — Neil Kinnock, former leader of the Labor Party, is to head a British parliamentary mission to help supervise the South African elections April 26-28.
The delegation , one of dozens from around the world scheduled to supervise the nation’s first all-race elections, will be in South Africa from April 24 to April 30.
