DiscoVision Associates: The Irvine company said it had filed a lawsuit against Phoenix International Inc. of Far Rockaway, N.Y., for alleged infringement on six U.S. patents.
Filed in the District Court in Brooklyn, the lawsuit seeks damages and an injunction against further infringement by Phoenix International. The products involved are disc-shaped information storage products, including compact discs.
