LAGUNA NIGUEL : Water Safety Skills Class to Be Offered
A back-yard water safety class is being offered by the city’s parks and recreation department.
The course will include teaching Red Cross water safety skills for infants and children. It also will cover how to prevent and be prepared for potential back-yard emergencies.
The class will meet on Mondays from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., beginning Monday and running through April 4. Classroom instruction will be held at Fire Station No. 5, at 23600 Pacific Island Drive, and pool classes will be held at the Crown Valley Community Park pool.
Cost is $30 per student.
