Chelsea Clinton Turns 14

WASHINGTON — Chelsea Clinton turned 14 years old Sunday. Officials said several of her friends spent Saturday night at the White House. The teen-agers ate a birthday breakfast with the President, who went to church early Sunday and spent the day in the residence so he could be with Chelsea.
