Anaheim’s Pan Pacific Hotel Gets a New Executive Chef
* W. John Kalustian has been appointed executive chef at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Anaheim. He was previously executive chef at the Sycamore Inn in Rancho Cucamonga and, before that, at Thymes Special Event Co. in Garden Grove and the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Irvine.
