* Jeffrey E. Lu has been appointed a partner at the accounting firm of Helsley, Mulcahy & Fesler in Tustin. He joined the firm in 1991 and served as tax manager and senior manager. Before that, Lu spent six years in the audit and international tax department of KPMG Peat Marwick.
