Alhambra : Police Station Furniture
The City Council has approved the purchase of $300,000 in furnishings for Alhambra’s new $26-million police station expected to open in July.
The council last week voted unanimously to award Interior Resources of Irvine the bulk of the amount, $195,486, to provide desks, chairs, tables, lockers, storage cabinets and prisoner beds.
Two other Southland firms got smaller orders for furniture: California Business Interiors and L.A. Interior Systems.
