Job Picture Looking Up for Grads: The job market for new college graduates is brightening after four dismal years, according to an annual survey of recruiting trends. L. Patrick Scheetz, director of the Collegiate Employment Research Institute, said employers expect to hire 1.1% more college graduates this year than a year ago.
