Cybernetics Products Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of machinery, computerized control systems and camera equipment and mechanical scanners reported a third-quarter loss of $1.3 million, or 37 cents a share. That included restructuring costs of $1.5 million. For the same period a year earlier, the company posted a profit of $37,771, or 1 cent a share. Sales for the latest quarter were $4.1 million, up 86% from $2.2 million a year earlier. For the year to date, the company lost $1.1 million, or 33 cents a share, compared with a loss of $107,346, or 3 cents a share, for the first three quarters of 1992. Nine-month sales were up 54% to $8.8 million from $5.7 million.
