Colon will rely on several newcomers to replace at least three starters. Colon isn’t sure yet if Granzow, the starting quarterback for the football team, will play basketball. If he doesn’t return, the Contenders will miss his 9.7 rebounds a game. Hoggats (19.3 points, 8.8 rebounds) is the returning starter at shooting guard and may play at forward. The Vikings are the favorite for the league title. Last season, Campbell Hall forfeited eight victories and a playoff berth for using an ineligible player.
