Yeltsin to Sign EC Accord

BRUSSELS — Russian President Boris N. Yeltsin will visit Brussels on Dec. 8 and 9 to sign a declaration of intent on a partnership agreement with the European Community, a Belgian Foreign Ministry spokesman said Wednesday.
