Bankruptcy Filing by Anaheim Firm
ANAHEIM — Radiant Technology Corp. has filed for protection from creditors under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The Anaheim company, which makes infrared ovens and furnaces for the electronics industry, said it decided to file for bankruptcy after a former landlord sued seeking damages for the termination of a lease agreement.
