Secure Horizons Account: Baxter/Stone in Santa Ana is one of three agencies vying for Secure Horizons’ advertising business. Secure Horizons is the senior citizens division of PacifiCare Health Systems in Cypress.
The account is reportedly worth about $10 million a year.
Baxter/Stone previously handled the account for about two years, but the agency was fired in May. Secure Horizons has been working with four other agencies since then.
